Alexandra Morton
is the photographer of the ORCA cards. She lives with her husband and two children in a community of forty people beside a remote fjord on the coast of British Columbia. A 4-hour boat ride takes her to the nearest road and from the windows of her house she watches whales passing by. Alexandra´s research has resulted in articles and publications in defence of the orcas and their territory, and her children´s book, "Siwiti: A Whale´s Story", illustrated with photographs and describing the first year in the life of an orca, has won her world renown.
